David Passant has been in the real estate business for 35 yrs!  He got an early start as his father owned a well respected real estate firm called C21 Banner Passant Realty.  David is a broker with Urban Landmark Realty Inc., and brings a wealth of practical experience to the company.  He primarily focuses on the Bowmanville area.
