Urban Landmark Group of Companies was launched in April, 2000 and carries on various private real estate ventures and holdings. 

Urban Landmark Realty Inc. opened its first real estate brokerage on April 1st, 2008. Currently, there are offices operating in Toronto and Oshawa, with a plan in place to add future locations.

The Partners, Thomas McBurney and Frank Gerace, teamed up to collaborate on a business model that would give professional realtors an environment to operate their real estate business with administrative efficiencies, economies of scale, technological advantages and most importantly, a mutually supportive broker / salesperson relationship.

Frank's twenty six years experience in real estate sales and his experience building one of the largest Re/Max franchises in Canada, combined with Thomas McBurney's twenty four years experience in sales, marketing, and development of condominium properties across North America has proven to be a successful combination.

In 2009, Urban Landmark Group expanded to include businesses that compliment and support a real estate client base.  Verico Urban Financial Ltd., a mortgage brokerage, in partnership with Canada's number one broker network, VERICO, began operations.  Urban Financial and its team of stand out professional mortgage agents, along with Canada's top lender network provide the very best mortgage products to our clients.

Urban Landmark Group has also joint-ventured with Property Sitters©, a full service property management company, to design a service that would provide affordable and professional property management services to the individual investor.  

In 2010, Urban Landmark Realty Inc. enhanced its full service commitment by becoming a member of Canada's leading network of independent brokerages...Aventure Realty Network.
